The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Go-to-Market Lead to spearhead our growth strategy across high-potential crypto markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a rapidly scaling Web3 product serving billions of users globally. You'll be the architect of our market presence, community engagement, and strategic partnerships across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

In the self-custodial wallet space, trust and virality drive 70-80% of retention and referrals. You'll own both pillars—building ironclad trust through security-first branding and educational campaigns, while designing viral growth loops that turn users into evangelists. Your mission: achieve 100K+ MAU through organic growth, hitting NPS >70 and K-factor >1.2.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Execution

You'll own and drive our core GTM pillars:

• Target Audience Segmentation: Define and refine user personas across emerging and established crypto markets; identify high-value segments (retail crypto users, DeFi natives, cross-border remittance users) for prioritization
• Product Positioning & Differentiation: Craft compelling narratives that distinguish Open Wallet in a crowded market; articulate our unique value across MPC security, trustless keyless recovery, on-chain IBANs, and seamless fiat integration.
• Acquisition & Growth Loops: Design and optimize viral acquisition funnels (CAC target: <$20); build referral programs, social sharing mechanics, and partnership flywheels with DEXes and dApps. Target K-factor >1.2 where each user brings 1.2+ new users organically.
• Monetization & Retention: Develop sustainable revenue strategies through swap fees, premium features, and institutional services while maximizing user LTV through engagement loops, educational content, and trust-building initiatives. Target churn <15%.
